He is concurrently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam External Relations Media Joint Stock Company (VRI Media), Vice President of the Vietnam Cultural Industry Development Association (VCIDA), and a Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Peace and Development Foundation (VPDF).
