JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aimed at meeting and exceeding both sales and profit goals.
Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of the sales team to drive sales growth.
Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive market penetration and customer loyalty.
Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on the progress of sales initiatives and overall business performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
Age not exceeding 40
At least 5 years of experience in the advertising and communications industry
Preference given to candidates with management experience
Strong leadership skills, ability to manage and develop teams
Willingness to work under high pressure, flexibility and creativity in problem-solving
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Base salary up to 35 million VND + Bonuses + Individual commissions + Team commissions (total income can reach up to 100 million VND/month)
